Determination of selected pesticide residues in non-fatty fruits using GC-MS in combination with QuEChERS method

摘要
An extraction method QuEChERS followed by fast gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in electron ionization mode with selected ion monitoring was developed for the simultaneous determination of ten pesticides. Validation experiments were realized using matrix-matched standard solutions. Under optimum conditions, linearity was evaluated using matrix-matched standard solutions at concentration range from 0.01 to 500 mu g/kg with coefficients of determination (R-2) higher than 0.9994. Good recoveries at four studied concentration levels 1, 5, 10, and 250 mu g/kg from 70 to 120% with relative standard deviation <20% were obtained for majority of studied pesticides. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were evaluated. Good values of LOD and LOQ ranged from 0.01 to 3.3 mu g/kg were obtained. The developed and validated method was applied for analysis of real samples of strawberries from local supermarket. [GRAPHICS] .
