A Research on Tourist Service Satisfaction Based on Tourists' Perception: A Case of Nansi Lake Wetland of Shandong, China

摘要
The tourism of Nansi lake wetland as an example, in this paper, was studied the tourist service satisfaction based on the tourists' perception. Based on the investigate and survey data, all the tourist service satisfaction indexes were study by correlation analysis, including food, accommodation, transportation, purchase, entertainment, and tourist environment. Then, suggestions to promote the development of Nansi lake wetland tourism was put forward based on the influence factors of tourist service satisfaction obtained. The conclusions were as follows. (1) Catering service, accommodation condition, traffic safety and traffic conditions, shopping security, entertainment projects, tour environment comfort were the most important factors, which influence the tourism environment. (2) The tourist' perception of tourism environment affects the overall satisfaction of the tourism process. (3) Some suggestion was propounded about improve the tourist service satisfaction of Nansi lake wetland, such as to optimize the quality of tourism services, to improve traffic conditions, to supervise the commercial shops and to improve the rational guide, to increase the entertainment programme, and to enhance tour comfort.
