摘要：
So far, countries around the world have built hundreds of large-scale scientific facilities. An Integrated Computer Control System (ICCS) is the nerve center to ensure the safe operation of a large-scale facility. However, the design process of the ICCS is faced with several challenging scientific questions and technical bottlenecks listed in detail. On the analysis of common general features of ICCSs for large-scale facilities, the differences in ICCSs among Europe, America and China have been analyzed. Finally, new solutions of such large-scale integrated computer control system that involves hierarchical control, fault diagnosis and rapid development platform is provided for engineering design.
