摘要：
After the venture investment screening the target enterprise among hi-tech enterprises in traditional industry, the next step is to take preliminary financial evaluation on them, and this plays an important role in venture investment process. The article takes a Shiyan auto unit high-tech Co. in traditional industry as an example, discuss the basic idea that Venture Capital Investment take the preliminary financial evaluation in various ways. The article integrated applied State-owned Capital Performance Assessment Method, Du Pont Analysis System and Grey Associate Analytical Method, in order disclose the fact that hidden behind the information, and provide evidence for next-step decision-making activity.
