摘要：
Restoration of the market system in the Czech Republic also brought revitalization of cooperatives.. Research of agricultural cooperatives in the Czech Republic shows reserves in the implementation of international cooperative principles. There are still reserves in the proportion of members on the management, it is often only a limited interest in the recruitment of new members and, despite some improvements there si still lag in the accomodation to their members.
