摘要：
Economic reorganization and development, processes viewed at macroeconomics level and also at microeconomics level, are definitory, for market economy and inseparable for the evolution of the economic reality. At the company level, reorganization and development spreads out in different ways and with different intensity. For reaching his final objective, obtaining profit, the company has to take some decisions about future development, being necessary to look for a growing strategy based on reorganization. The paper tries to present reorganization and development strategies used by the Romanian companies.
