Dispersion of magnetostatic waves in the tangentially magnetized ferrite plate with the anisotropy axis perpendicular to its plane

The law of dispersion of magnetostatic waves (MSWs) in the tangentially magnetized ferrite plate (FP) with the uniaxial anisotropy, whose axis is perpendicular to its plane, is obtained and analyzed in the case when the applied constant magnetic field is less than the uniaxial anisotropy field. It is shown that this model qualitatively describes the MSW dispersion in hexa- and ortho-ferrites and also in a nonsaturated FP.
