摘要：
An improved design solution of very low voltage rail-to-rail operational amplifier is proposed. A dynamic level-shifting circuit is proposed to overcome the dead zone in the input common-mode voltages of the low voltage rail-to-rail operational amplifier. Given a supply voltage of 1.3V, the circuit is designed and stimulated in HSPICE with 0.5 mum CMOS process parameters of UMC.
