摘要：

Without global reserve currencies there very well could be chaos in the international trade arena. Currently, the United States,holes an enviable position as the major global reserve currency with between 40 and 60%. However, the leading contender for a replacement of the US dollar is a version of the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) issued by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The primary objective in this paper is to present the results of the stability of a proposed system to manage a new global reserve currency such as the SDR. The Information and Knowledge Architectures for Systems Management of a Global Reserve Currency (IKASM-GRC) and its ability to maintain currency stability is presented in this paper.
