摘要
This paper presents a brain-computer interface (BCI) based on steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP) with high transfer rates. The system serves for a phone dial using 12 virtual buttons on the screen of a computer monitor The test results for most testees am encouraging. the maximum information transfer rate is 44bits/min. Frequency resolution and spatial resolution of SSVEP is discussed in detail.
