摘要
Resource management in a heterogeneous network (HetNet) environment is a critical issue. Our research study consists of proposing a software-defined networking (SDN)-based resource management algorithm devised for LTE and 802.11p networks. The proposed algorithm takes into account velocity and mobility management. Data offloading performed by SDN controller achieves load balancing and network performance.
