摘要：

Subject of article was to analyze the performance of the Regional Inspectorate of Road Transport in Wroclaw (WITD), in respect of carriage of dangerous materials. There were presented the history and purpose of the action WITD. Details the cases of infringements detected during roadside checks. There were presented an analysis of the results of inspection and control of vehicles transporting dangerous goods on the basis of documents received from the Inspectorate (WITD). The analysis was performed taking into account the various divisions of the Inspectorate: Wroclaw, Walbrzych, Legnica, Jelenia Gora and Kiodzko. It was concluded, inter alia, transport problems, relating to: ensure adequate emergency equipment and properly prepared transport documents.
