Study for oxygen sensing properties of LaFeO3 thin films

摘要
LaFeO3 thin films with nanocrystalline structure are prepared by means of inorganic-sol-gel method using nitrate as raw materials and citric acid as chelating agent. The results show that: (i) The doping of Sr can effectively control the P-N transition of LaFeO3 at elevated temperature; (ii) In terms of Pt, the response speed of LaFeO3 can be improved and the operation temperature range can be widened. (iii) The LaFeO3 films doped with Sr and Pt can work from 400degreesC to 800degreesC, having shorter response time and higher oxygen sensitivity.
