摘要：
Essential tremor is the most common movement disorder. It is a chronic neurological pathology characterized mainly by a tremor occurring during the maintenance of a posture or an action. Although most forms are benign, it can be very embarrassing. The medical treatments currently available have limited results. Among the surgical options, an innovative technology, not yet available in France, offers hope to patients with a severe refractory form who are not candidates for traditional surgery.
