摘要：

Based on the analysis of teaching practice status and problem of Land development and consolidation, the paper brings out the steps of the teaching reform which aims at the professional skill training of land development and consolidation. The paper suggests that the preliminary reform framework of Land development and consolidation could be built through the investigation on students, employers and other colleges, optimizing of pre-sectional curriculum group, construction of teaching modules, building of auxiliary teaching database and item bank of curriculum design, and the improvement of teaching practice.
