摘要
For more than three decades different initiatives in educational policies have been carried out, being their main purpose to reduce inequalities and to improve the quality education through the integration of ICTs. Said public policies, connected to the incorporation of technology in the pedagogical practices, have been established as valuable opportunities to enrich teaching proposals in current society from different approaches and strategies. The one-to-one learning model, the mobile learning and the computer sciences have been emerging topics in the field of digital policies. However, at present, the situation is not bridged. The democratisation of the access to the ICTs by wide sectors of school population is still pending and in this regard the countries of Latin America are addressed. In particular, it is acknowledged the need to revise the ICTs initiatives in the education field and to put in prospective value the digital policies to bring about deep changes which will contribute to better learning and thus cover pending debts in the context of the Education Agenda 2030. This document presents the main challenges and the future perspectives which have to be addressed urgently to continue and strengthen the integration of the 1CTs in the education systems of Latin America.
