摘要
The production technology of fine nylon 56 (0.3-0.5 DPF) is studied by the authors. Ring blow, ram, rectifier and other different techniques were used to keep the cooling air uniform and stable. The experiments showed that the cooling system of inner blowing and rectifier, choose appropriate spinning technology, can realize the efficient production and implementing of fine denier nylon. When choosing appropriate technological conditions, we can guarantee the uniformity of fiber crystal and macromolecular's structure, so as to ensure the uniformity of fiber dyeing performance and quality. The moisture content of dried chip in 150-250 PPM is more appropriate and the moisture content of the before dried chip is below 500 PPM, the spinning temperature is 280-285 degrees C, the wind speed is 0.40-0.45 m/s, the wind temperature is 26 to 28 degrees C, and rheumatism is 90-100%. The finished yarn density value CV is about 1.0 to 1.1% and the result is good.
