摘要：
This paper chiefly studies the specific properties of FM echo signal in the condition of a point target and the ways to get information from the target. After detailed analysis of several definitions of instantaneous frequency, it raises the maximum of tracing way in frequency domain to estimate instantaneous frequency for the first time, and provides a new theoretic foundation to the parameter design of systems.
