摘要：
The current state of health care is closely related to orientation on evidence-based medicine, the main directions of which are: standardization of health care and medical research, active use of decision support systems in medical research, development of clinical information systems. Overcoming contradictions between the amount of medical information and the possibility of its full analysis is possible with the use of information systems in medicine that are based on methods of modeling, system analysis and decision making theory. This problem encourages to the development of informational-analytical decision making support system aimed at solving the tasks of choosing optimal treatment schemes on the basis of integration of the pathological process and medical insurance models.
