摘要
In order to explore the problem of roadway support in rapid excavation of large section coal mine roadway, the roadway mechanical analysis model is established. According to the elastic-plastic theory, the expression of stress component in the width and range of roadway stress limit equilibrium zone is obtained. Through theoretical analysis of the stress distribution law within the stress limit equilibrium area, the support technical idea of "simultaneous support of the upper part of the roadway side and the roof, lagging support of the middle and lower part of the roadway side and the bottom angle" and the support technical principle of "strong angle control span + strong side support roof" are put forward. It is applied in 150,802 roadway of Liuzhuang Coal Mine matching with the rapid tunneling system equipment. The application results show that the roadway tunneling speed is increased from 270 to 500 m/month by using the support scheme, and the purpose of safe and efficient tunneling of coal mine roadway is realized.
