摘要
This research aims to perform usability evaluation of a multimodal system of activation of an operating system, which features voice response interface resources and web access, simultaneously. The evaluation was based on the technique of cognitive pathway, and selected 13 principles from Bastien and Scapin ergonomic criteria and the Nielsen heuristics. The expected result of this work is that through the proposed structure, to consolidate a model that is able to perform usability evaluations of multimodal voice response interfaces. We found that the application of the techniques presented, along with the heuristic evaluation of the evaluated interface, can be made efficiently evaluate the usability multimodal interfaces audible response.
