摘要
Concept of inclusive education deviced from the theory of special education, but not limited to it. Calling for democracy of education, promoting quality education and lifelong education, the concept of inclusive education, including vocational educators, should learn the theoruy. In this paper, form three meaning of inclusive education: democratic education, education system concept, the diversity of education, explores how to embody the concept of inclusive education, and to develop ways of vocational talents druing the vocational education training.
