摘要
This article estimates the inter-provincial energy efficiency value of China according to the panel data from 2000 to 2011 by adopting the CRS-DEA model, and analyzes the difference features of the inter-provincial energy efficiency of China through the coefficient of variation (CV) and the gini coefficient (GINI). Then, it finds that the space difference and the local dependence of the inter-provincial energy efficiency of China exist at the same time through the analysis on the time and space distribution evolution of the inter-provincial energy efficiency variation of China. At last, this article adopts the Tobit model to analyze the relationship between the market environment, structure adjustment, technical progress and other factors and the inter-provincial energy efficiency of China, and then establishes the metering model of influencing factors of the interprovincial energy efficiency of China and utilizes the panel data to conduct the quantitative inspection and analysis.
