摘要：
With the growing market of IP movies, it's becoming more and more important to know their box office features. This paper studies the influence degrees on the film box office from IP features, including the IP type, rating score and following number, combined with other factors that affect the film box office. By using the 2015 data of the films shown in China, the empirical analysis is conducted to evaluate the relationship between film IP features and the box office. For such a purpose, an algorithm is developed to reveal their correlations. The algorithm is a neural network based approach and the result reveals that IP plays an important role on the film industry.
