摘要：

This paper begins with a study of the situation regarding the supply of and demand for rural financial services. It then analyses factors that have weakened rural financial services and explores ways in which the provision of services can be improved to enable rural finance to play a more effective role in strengthening the position of agriculture in the national economy, in increasing farmers' incomes and in promoting a stable development of the rural economy.
