One-pot synthesis of nucleotides in water medium

摘要
We developed a one-pot two-steps approach in an aqueous medium to synthesize nucleoside 5'-di- and 5'-triphosphates, dinucleoside 5',5'-polyphosphates as well as some nucleotide analogs modified either on the nucleoside or on the phosphate moieties. The attractive features of this strategy include absence of protecting groups on the starting material and convenient set-up (i.e., use of water and reagents commercially available as sodium or potassium salts).
