摘要
Dear readers: As we were closing the issue, it was beginning to feel as though spring had finally arrived, which means that we naturally felt happy and more optimistic. We are not sure if that will extend to the overall economy, or to the radio communications industry, but we may hope. Casual observers at Mobile World Congress might conclude that participant interest was equally divided between advancing new technologies like LTE and securing the revenue streams in existing cellular network operations. This is the reality we are going to observe moving forward. © 2009 IEEE.
