摘要：
Restriction fragment length polymorphisms were used to estimate the genetic diversity among 29 soybean (Glycine max) accessions with resistance to cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines). Based on the common marker alleles, both the analyses cluster and principal component have separated the resistant soybean accessions into several groups. Several accessions with known resistance to some races were also found to be resistant to additional nematode races in this research.
