摘要
the river discharge measurement is one of the basic projects of hygrometry; it determines the water resource utilization. However, a substantial increase in the number of hydrological site, especially for the unmanned hydrometric station brought great difficulty and caused the more workload for the Hydrologists every year. With the development of sensor technology and the data acquisition and fusion applications, it's important to build an embedded measurement and control system for the hydrological flow station. Therefore, in this paper we research and design a real-time embedded measurement and control system for the discharge measurement which can measure, store, communicate and calculate the river discharge automatically. The design of the intelligent Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is a key step in implementation of the real-time embedded measurement and control system. The design of RTU adopts the STM32F107 as a kernel controller and the software program based on a real-time embedded operation system. This system has high accuracy and high automation level which can greatly reduce the workload of the hydrologist and promote the development of water resources informatization construction. Hydrologists can benefit from this system.
