摘要
This research is aimed to analyze the recursive structural model between McClelland Motivation, Interpersonal Relationship, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance. With proportionate cluster sampling, it employed 250 nurses as respondents through questionnaires. Structural Equation Modelling with AMOS was used to analyze the data. Findings revealed a significant and positive impact of motivation towards interpersonal relationship (R-2 = 0.22) and employee engagement (R-2 = 0.40); interpersonal relationship towards performance (R-2 = 0.68); employee engagement towards performance with (R-2 = 0.49). Furthermore, it revealed an insignificant impact (Sig = 0.291) but a positive relationship on interpersonal relationship towards employee engagement.
