摘要
SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is facing dynamic change in internal and external environments. Selection of strategic model and transformation of SMEs is worth exploring especially in present grave economic situation. This article introduces evolution, production, principle, power tools of the Long-tail theory, as well as SMEs transformation, then put forward and described three strategic models of business transformation to provide new ideas for SMEs transformation & development and strategy management.
