摘要
The thesis is dedicated to the emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) dangers on human rights occurring due to widely-spread use of new technologies in mass surveillance, digital privacy control, statistical examination, cybersecurity, etc. AI problems are relatively new understanding for human rights law. Therefore, it lacks both binding international and national legal regulation as well as conceptual resolutions. In this respect, the introduced study starts with the brief overview of AI theoretical basis, continues with the examination of possible human rights implications and Human Rights-Based Approach in the light of relevant human rights law norms. The final part is followed by the elaboration of further proposals and trends in digital law regulating information rights and freedoms in cyberspace.
