摘要
We generate optical orbital angular momentum in the visible regime via spin-to-orbital angular momentum coupling by ultrathin (lambda/30), inhomogeneous, birefringent plasmonic arrays. Such metasurfaces will enable compact, efficient generation of structured light. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
