Advances in the area of automatization and digitalization open up new possibilities in production, new markets and opportunities also in other areas of society (education, health service, welfare, and environment). Range of anticipated changes is so huge, that is label as "revolution". In significant extent it will influence also the working conditions and work skill requirement (digital economy; 4.0 industry; workforce digitalization). The scissors between demands of quickly transforming work market and accessibility of qualified human resources are more and more opened (e.g. Hays Global Skills Index; Economic Intelligence Unit survey). Ongoing processes constitute a challenge, which probably will claim the serious changes in practically all areas in which contemporary work and organizational psychology is engaged.
