摘要：
The article describes pavement performance and its role in sustainable civil infrastructure growth. Accelerated pavement testing methods are described as a very reliable method for ascertainment of pavement performance. Design and construction details of a new pavement testing facility "Pavement tester 105-03-01" are described as well as experimental methods for tensile stress measurement in the pavement. This should lead to more effective design of pavements.
