Technology rules management of China enterprises in the 21st century

摘要：
Management of technology rules is the latest development trend of enterprise growing strategy in the 21st century, whose core contents are technology innovation, standard making and market "locking". The typical strategies of enterprise's management of technology rules usually include "market of winner taking all game", cooperation and merger, and initiating standard war. In allusion to the concrete strategies of American famous enterprises or enterprise group (alliance), the systematic propositions on constructing the management strategy of Chinese enterprises' technology rules are put forward in this paper.
