摘要
The authors of this article explore the relationship of the Big Five factors and the hardiness and relate these personality dimensions with the level of burnout discovered. They present their research findings in 242 teachers of primary schools. The article suggests the possible ways for increasing the level of hardiness in students of the pedagogical faculties.
