摘要
The smart factory operation system integrates all processes such as product planning, design, production, distribution, and sales into IT technology. This means that the plant's operating system produces customized products with minimum cost and minimum time. In the end, it refers to an intelligent plant operation system that utilizes production information (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Energy). Therefore, in this paper, we have designed a framework for smart factory operation system at the level of vision and strategy, goal and achievement, enterprise management, manufacturing operation, machine and control. To this end, the framework was designed to apply smart plant related equipment and software to production processes and strategies.
