摘要
Multi-variable systems widely exist in multi-mode structural vibration control systems, whose performances are always severely interrupted by internal disturbances, i.e., model uncertainties, parameters variations, control coupling of other modes, and external unknown excitation. Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is known as an effective technique to deal with the general disturbances and has been successfully applied in practical engineering. Yet many ADRC techniques in previous literatures are just used for control systems without phase hysteresis. To solve this problem, output predictor is introduced to compensate the time delay using the Principle of Smith Predictor, which can help the ADRC method to cancel the adverse effects caused by phase hysteresis. In order to verify the superiority of the novel ADRC approach, an experimental platform for the piezoelectric structural vibration is set up using dSPACE real-time simulation system. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed output prediction based ADRC is a fast and effective approach for suppressing multi-mode structural vibrations.
