摘要：
We discuss a decision on an application for Unification of Law action, under Article 483 of the Labour Code, which states the direct responsibility for the lead company, upon the occurrence of an accident at work for his "borrowed employees". This is, in the Supreme Court opinion's, a joint responsibility with the direct employer of those employees.
