摘要：
The paper modifies Memon and Daghel (1987) theorem on the sampling distribution of a linear function of two powered Weibull order statistics. Some recurrence relations of moments of these statistics are discovered. It is shown that a Weibull sample median when raised to a suggested power approximately resembles in its symmetry and kurtosis properties to that of a normal distribution.
