摘要
Knowledge management is a new management philosophy and research on knowledge management in the course of real estate marketing has also been paid increasing attention to. The course of real estate marketing is a complex and profound knowledge activity, in which knowledge is created, combined, regulated and used. This paper considers the entire process of real estate marketing as a course of the knowledge effectively managed and used. This paper divides the course of real estate marketing into these key factors: market orientation, product orientation, price strategy, the scheme development, the market promotion and management of sales force, etc. Theories and methods of knowledge management are used to make idiographic analysis and study on each factor. We also put forward some new ideas and methods: knowledge management features models in various stages of the real estate marketing, the knowledge management models in price strategic, knowledge collides models, etc.
