摘要
Out of 970 samples collected from three factories producing goat milk powder infant formula with different productivities from July to October 2016, Bacillus cereus sensu lato was detected in 350 samples (36.1%), including 272 from manufacturing environments, 53 from raw materials and ingredients, 12 from soil surrounding plants, six from processing water, and seven from finished products. Strains were subtyped by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Isolates from goat milk powder infant formula processing plants are of genetic similarity, and cross-contamination occurs in processing workshops. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
