摘要
Five N-[3-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)butyryl]-N'-(2-pyrimidinyl)thioureas (3) have been synthesized. Compounds 4 were obtained by oxidizing cyclization. of compounds 3 in the presence of bromine in chloroform. The structures of 3 and 4 were confirmed by 111, H-1 NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological tests indicate that compound 3a has excellent herbicidal activity.
