摘要
The simulation modeling in this paper provides comparisons on fault-tolerance amongst the two most commonly used architectures in a multiprocessor systems design and a newly proposed architecture. It identifies the most optimised routing activities in the message passing environment. The simulation results are supported and analysed through graphical presentations. In conclusions the strengths and weaknesses of each model is highlighted. This in turn would assist the user in the selection of the most reliable architecture discussed in this paper.
