摘要
The article deals with the relationship of language and thinking It is shown that language is the most important means of communication between people, and is inextricably linked with thinking, acts as a means of storage and transmission of information and management of social behavior. The language is presented in the form of a grammatical system of signs, virtually existing in the human head, whose role is to combine meaning and acoustic image. The article also presents the functions of the Russian language: it is an aspect of the formation of group identity; a means of communication and impact on the world; it gives the opportunity to Express experiences, to convince, to interact with the outside world. Language and thinking acting as a social phenomenon, determine each other: without thinking, people's activities would not carry meaning Language is nothing but an organized structure of characters acting according to their own rules and laws. Words used in speech are based on language laws and reflect the process of thinking of a person and society as a whole. Different ways of thinking determine the choice of words, their order in the sentence, processing and correction - all this acts as a means of expressing human consciousness and can be determined by external influence. The process of translating mental activity into signs and symbols of speech is influenced by thinking and formed by the practice of social society. The article traces the understanding of how the study of the Russian language, a better understanding of the meanings of words and grammatical structures allows you to enter the world of Russian culture and understand the peculiarities of national thinking Considering language as a means of national thinking, we can see that the word is not a reflection of things, it carries the ability to represent a thing from different positions, having their own individual sensual image. This quality of the word makes the language not just a sign system, but a specific form of national thinking inherent in a particular nation. The article also focuses on how national thinking is reflected in the language, which can be seen through pronunciation, grammatical structure of speech, vocabulary of the language, as well as through expressions denoting the phenomena of life and state of mind of the people.
