摘要
To expand bone marrow and to imitate its natural environment we have developed a three dimensional cultivation in microcarriers in a fluidized bed reactor. To immobilize the bone marrow cells, a feeder layer of stromal cells is established. After inoculation of the bone marrow preferentially the progenitor cells attached to the feeder layer and the cell density increased twelvefold.
