摘要
A dramatic growth of electric vehicles (EVs) has led to an increasing emphasis on the construction of charging infrastructure. Analysis of the price of charging service fees from the perspective of multiple stakeholders is a problem worth studying. Firstly, this paper introduces relevant incentive policies related to charging service fee and financial subsidies in different regions of China. Secondly, the interests of the main players in the EV charging market-the government, charging facility operators and consumers are analyzed. Based on game theory, a model about charging service fee is proposed, which consider the interests of the three parties mentioned above. Finally, a case study analysis is performed to test the proposed model, and sensitivity analysis is carried out to explore the influence of different factors on the acceptable charging service fee from the perspective of charging facility operators and EV consumers. The results show that when the government subsidy for operators' construction appropriately, the interests of the three parties are achieved. Based on the analysis, the sale of electricity and the purchase cost of EV are the most critical factors that affect the acceptable charging service fee. The model provides a reference for developing a reasonable price.
