摘要
A Dickson Resonant Switched-capacitor converter (RSC) with "indirect" resonant core and continuous conversion ratio is proposed in this paper. The traditional Dickson switchedcapacitor converter (SCC) comes with the shortcomings of high transient current spike, hard-switched operation and limited line regulation range. In this paper, a small resonant inductor with bidirectional current is inserted to the intermediate charging path to form a resonant core, which is named the "indirect" resonant core. The Dickson RSC operates above the resonance with the merits of low transient current spike, ZVS turn-on for transistors, ZCS turn-off for diodes and continuous conversion ratio. A 150W prototype was built to verify the converter operation principle and regulation capability.
