摘要：
Let A be a diagonalizable matrix; so there is an invertible matrix T and a normal matrix (D) over cap, such that T-1 AT = (D) over cap. A sharp bound for the constant K-T = parallel to T parallel to parallel to T-1 parallel to is suggested. Some applications of the obtained bound are also discussed.
